Director of Staff Development & Infection Control (RN) - Full Time 40 hours

Primary Responsibilities:
• Plans, implements, directs and evaluate facility educational program. 
• Directs and coordinates infection control program for employees and residents.
• Evaluates and conducts staff educational needs. 
• Plans a monthly educational schedule. 
• Supervises classroom and clinical components of training. 
• Monitors and submits monthly infection control reports. 
• Serves as a liaison between the Department of Communicable Diseases for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the areas of infection control.

• RN graduate with a minimum of 3 years experience with adult education & learning. 
RN required.
• Education in infection control.
• Skilled Nursing facility experience helpful.
