BOB IANNACO, P.T. – Administrator
Bob has been Administrator of WRH since May, 1998 and prior to that had been the Director of Rehabilitation at Whittier for 5 years. A 1988 Graduate of Northeastern University with a BS in Physical Therapy, he began his PT career at Whittier in 1988. In addition to his responsibilities of managing the day to day operations at Whittier, Bob is Chairman of the Board of the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce

Cheryl Heidebrecht, PharmD Pharmacy Consultant
Cheryl joined Whittier in September 2000, has 14 years experience as a Registered Pharmacist and is licensed in New Hampshire, Florida and Massachusetts. Cheryl received her doctorate in Pharmacy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in the fall of 2003 and has a special interest in diabetes management. Vinnie Carace, RPh Pharmacy Consultant
Vinnie joined Whittier in January 2001 as a staff pharmacist. Over the years Vinnie has held the position of Lead Pharmacist and in recent years has been able to share his knowledge and excellence in customer service directly with our clients in his current role as a Pharmacy Consultant. Karen Cheverie, Director
Karen has been with Whittier since 1996 and began her career in pharmacy in 1982 at the “corner drugstore,” Hillview Pharmacy in North Reading. Karen brings many years of knowledge and experience to this position and she is committed to providing excellence in long term care pharmacy and patient care. SANDRA QUINTAL – Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse
Sandra completed the MSN/Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner/Clinical Nurse Specialist Program at the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, and received her B.S. in Nursing, graduating Magna Cum Laude, at the University of Massachusetts at Boston. Earlier studies were at the New England Baptist Hospital School of Nursing and at Boston College. Professional experience includes Senior Counselor at New England Memorial Hospital, Clinical Director/Director of Nursing Staff Development at Nizhoni Health Systems VNA, Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist at Greater Lowell Psychiatric Associates and also at Whittier Pavilion.

CAN BULUCU, M.D. – Psychiatrist
Dr. Bulucu is a graduate of the Ege University in Izmir, Turkey; and the Marmara University in Istanbul, Turkey. His Adult Psychiatry Residency and his Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship were completed at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Glen Oaks, New York. Most recently Dr. Bulucu has worked at several hospitals providing inpatient and outpatient care, and has provided consultation to nursing facilities. Dr. Bulucu is Board Certified in General and Geriatric Psychiatry.

RENEÉ E. SNOW, M.D. – Psychiatrist
Dr. Snow is a graduate of Dartmouth College, Hanover, New Hampshire, and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia. Her graduate studies included an internship at Lahey Hitchcock Medical Center, Burlington, Massachusetts, an Adult Psychiatry residency at Massachusetts General Hospital and McLean Hospital, a fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital’s Center for Psychoanalytic Studies, and a Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship at McLean Hospital. She maintains a private practice in Psychopharmacology and Psychotherapy and was an Attending Physician at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua and Anna Jaques Hospital in Newburyport. Dr. Snow is Board Certified in Psychiatry and Geriatric Psychiatry.

JAMES D. TOLLMAN, M.D., F.H.M. – Hospitalist
Dr. Tollman received his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology at the Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota, his Doctor of Medicine Degree at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine and completed his Residency in Family Practice at Tufts University. His professional experience includes EmCare Hospitalist at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, MA, Medical Director, Merrimack Valley Hospitalists at Lawrence General Hospital, as well as being on the Senior Medical Staff at Lahey Clinic. He is currently President of Essex Inpatient Physicians. Dr. Tollman was also an Infantry Captain in the United States Army. Dr. Tollman is Board Certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians, is active in the American Medical Association and was elected as a “Fellow in Hospital Medicine” in the Society of Hospital Medicine’s inaugural class.
