My name is Roland G., and my wife, Rita G., has been a patient in your Marion facility for two years. I would like to thank you for appointing Mrs. Karen Wadlow as the Administrator of this wonderful organization. Let me say I retired as Chief of Security in a healthcare facility that changed hands three times and saw four different administrators. I would like to say that none of them compared to Mrs. Karen Wadlow. This woman is a kind and intelligent individual, and she has no problem greeting patients with a warm, “hello, how are you today?” Not only does this speak volumes, but it is a testament to her great personality in terms of compassion and caring. At gatherings and functions, she navigates the room easily, conversing with everyone. She thinks nothing of going “the whole nine yards” for people. In my opinion, the staff also appears to interact well with Mrs. Karen Wadlow. As I am only a visitor to see my wife, I wish to add that my wife receives exceptional care from all the nurses and staff in the Bradford Unit. —Thank you for all you do, Roland G.
