Everyone, Just a small note to send out a big Thank You. I could not have asked for better care from aides, nurses, therapists and everyone that halped me with my recovery. Home care is going well. Thank you to ALL! —Diane R.

Oak Knoll Healthcare Center

Port Healthcare Center

Port Healthcare Center welcomes new Administrator, Jonathan Schreck.

Mr. Schreck is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and St. Johns Prep in Danvers, MA and he has strong ties to the North Shore and the New England Seacoast.  He looks forward to reconnecting with and serving the Merrimack Valley and hopes to tie the community into the care that Port Healthcare Center provides.

Port Healthcare Center is excited to welcome Mr. Schreck, who says: “I am delighted to return to Port Healthcare as Administrator where seven years ago I started my career in Long Term Care as an Administrator in Training.  Over the past seven years I have had the opportunity to work at a number of different facilities and returning to Port feels like coming home.  I have been a long time resident of North Hampton, NH and have fond memories of Newburyport as my father was a small business owner here.  Walking into the building again I saw a lot of familiar faces and immediately felt welcomed by all residents and staff.  As Administrator it is my goal to make every person who comes to Port feel welcomed, whether it be for short term rehab or long term care.  Port Healthcare Center is a vital link to the community and provides critical services to  the most important members of our community.  I feel privileged every day knowing that I am contributing to the best quality of life for our residents and that I am able to give back to the community.
