MDS/MMQ Nurse FT
Responsibilities: - Completes MMQ’s on residents and MDS for long term residents.
Prerequisites: - RN registration required.
Unit Manager FT Responsibilities: - To manage and provide oversight for the sub acute unit. Prerequisites: - RN/LPN registration required.
Diet Aide PT available weekdays and weekends
Responsibilities: - Setting up trays, serving resident meals, and bussing trays.
Prerequisites: - Knowledge of growth and development across the life span. - Must have basic math skills and the ability to calculate numbers. - Must have a basic understanding of nutrition. - Must have the ability to communicate routine information. - Must be able to read and comprehend recipes and menus.
RN PT, Casual, Per Diem
Responsibilities: - Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with other nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.
Prerequisites: - Graduate from an accredited registered nursing associates degree program required - Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts - Knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan - Successful completion of Pharmacology exam - Current BLS certification
CNA PT, Casual, Per Diem
Responsibilities: - Assist patients with activities of daily living specific to culture, age and developmental level - Performs tasks/tests delegated by the registered nurse and reports/records data as needed. - Performs advanced skills delegated by the registered nurse as deemed competent, reports/records data as needed. - Continuously monitors/observes patients to assure needs are met in a timely manner. - Reports any changes observed in condition or behavior of patients and unusual incidents.
LPN PT, Casual, Per Diem Responsibilities: - Under the supervision of a registered nurse, provides total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching and works cooperatively with other nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice. Prerequisites: - Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program - Current Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse Licensure - One or two years of previous acute or geriatric/adolescent or rehabilitation experience preferred - Knowledge of growth and development across the life span - Certification in BLS of Adult, Child and Infant
