Housekeepers
PT (Evenings)
Responsibilities:
Performs housekeeping and laundry duties, maintains the facility/hospital standards of environmental sanitation. Duties also include floor and carpet care using heavy electrical machines such as buffers, carpet extractors and vacuums, waste removal and delivery of linen and furniture moving.

Diet Aides
PT (Nights & Weekends)
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist the kitchen with set-up, delivery, and clean up of meals for
patients. Prepare assemble and mix food for trays. Handling and transport
of food trucks to and from patient care units. Set-up and clean-up of food
prep areas in compliance with Sanitation, DPH and Infection Control
guidelines.
Prerequisites:
Basic Math & Communications skills required.

Case Manager
Full Time
Responsibilities:
40 hours/week (Alternating Weekend Coverage). To oversee and coordinate each patient’s care, from admission through post discharge follow-up by working with the members of the interdisciplinary team to provide the optimum rehabilition services in the most efficient manner.
Prerequisites:
-Current MA RN license required.
-Experience at the rehab level for treatment/discharge, planning and concurrent review process for Insurance, and PPS knowledge preferred.
-Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and organizational skills.
-Ability to assess, analyze, plan, implement and evaluate.

Occupational Therapists
Per Diem
Responsibilities:
- Assess and implement appropriate treatment plans according to patient diagnosis and status and in accordance of the Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics.
-Complete documentation (e.g., initial evaluation, daily flow sheets, weekly progress notes, discharge summaries and statistics) on a timely basis. Completes letters of justification for durable medical equipment.
-Delegate appropriate duties to certified occupational therapy assistants, aides and supportive personnnel.
-Coordinate and organize a full treatment caseload.
-Attends and reports at rehabilitation team conferences (RTC), treating team conferences (TTC) and family team conferences FTC.
-Seek to provide or enhance staff, patient and family education through continuing education courses/seminars and review of current relevant literature.
Prerequisites:
-Bachelor of Science/Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA accredited program.
-Current licensure in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire.
-Current certification with the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board.
-Knowledge of growth and development across the life span.
-Certification in BCLS of Adult.
-CPR Certification required.

COTA
Per Diem
Prerequisites:
-Associates degree in occupational therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
-Current licensure by the Board of Allied Health Professionals, Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
-American Occupational Therapy Association membership preferred.
-Certification in BLS of Adult, Child and Infant.
-Demonstrated pursuit of continuing education courses relevant to the field of occupational therapy.
-Demonstrated ability with interpersonal and organizational skills.
-Knowledge, experience and competency in dealing with adult rehabilitation and geriatric age group.
-Knowledge of growth and development across the life span.

Pharmacist
Per Diem
Responsibilities:
-Receive, interpret, prepare and fill drug orders as directed by physician(s). Refill prescription orders per request of facilities.
-Assist in maintaining inventory control and annual physical inventory.
-Audits Pharmacy Technicians prescriptions input.
-Assist or obtain answers to inquiries from physicians, nursing personnel, student nurses and other healthcare disciplines concerning adverse drug reactions, dosage, IV incompatibility and other issues within areas of responsibility and knowledge.
-Function as pharmacist in charge in absence of Lead Pharmacist.
- Supervises and directs Pharmacy Technician.
-Complies with all company rules, regulations and policies and procedures.
-Assists in identifying problems and helps develop solutions to achieve efficient, organized workflow.
-Represents the pharmacy department in any official capacity relating to professional activities.
-Monitors for drug interactions, appropriate use and dose of medications.
-Documents medication errors per pharmacy policy.
-Documents adverse drug reactions per pharmacy policy with appropriate follow-up to physician and Lead Pharmacist or Director of Pharmacy.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy.
- Registered in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Continuing Educational credits (15) fifteen units per year for the past (2) two years.
- Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend the English language; possess good communication skills.
- General computer skills.
- One year experience in acute, long-term care preferred
- IV clinical experience preferred

Physical Therapists/PTAs
Per Diem
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized evaluation, documentation of findings and progress, comprehensive planning and implementation of treatment plan, patient/family education and determination of rehabilitation and patient goals under the direction of a physician.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor of Science/Masters of Science degree in physical therapy from an APTA accredited college or university
- Current licensure by the Board of Allied Health Professionals, Commonwealth of Massachusetts or application for the same.
- APTA in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire Chapter of APTA ,membership preferred
- Certification in BLS of Adult, Child and Infant
- Demonstrated pursuit on continuing education courses relative to the field of physical therapy
- Knowledge, experience and competency in dealing with adult rehabilitation and geriatric age group
- Knowledge of growth and development across the life span

Respiratory Therapists
FT, PT & Per Diem (All Shifts)
Prerequisites:
-BS, AS, or Certified in Respiratory
-Current Licensure by the Division of Registration, Board of Respiratory Care Commonweatlh of Massachusetts.
-Certification of BLS of Adult, Child and infant.
Primary Responsibilities:
-To provide respiratory care services as ordered by the physician.
-To assist in achieving and maintaining a maximum level of respiratory system function by providing appropriate respiratory care services and related education to adolescent through geriatric patient and families.

RN
FT (days & evenings)
Per Diem (all shifts)
Baylor Weekend (7am-7pm)
Responsibilities:
Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with other nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.
Prerequisites:
- Graduate from an accredited registered nursing associates degree program required
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan
- Successful completion of Pharmacology exam
- Current BLS certification

Speech Therapist
1 Per Diem
Responsibilities:
1. Provide ongoing individualized evaluation, treatment planning and implementation and goal determination using prevailing clinical techniques under the direction of a licensed physician.
2. Provides individualized patient evaluation, documentation, treatment planning, treatment implementation and goal determination under the direction of a physician.
3. Seek and supply interdisciplinary information pertinent to patient progress through communication with other disciplines via rehabilitation team meetings, family/patient team meetings, rounds and the medical record, assuring coordination of therapy in following the philosophy of team concepts.
4. Timely patient documentation, record keeping of attendance, charges and statistics according to established guidelines.
5. Coordinate and organize a full treatment caseload.
6. Ensure safety/maintenance of equipment and work areas.
Prerequisites:
1. Master’s of Science degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited program.
2. Certificate of clinical competence in Speech/Language Pathology by the American Speech/Language/Hearing Association.
3. Current licensure in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire.
4. Knowledge of growth and development across the life span.
5. Certification in BCLS of Adult.
