Licensed Practical Nurse
Per Diem.

Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of a registered nurse, provides total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching and works cooperatively with the other nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.

Prerequisites:
- Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
- Current Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse Licensure.
- Certification in BLS of Adult, Child and Infant.
Registered Nurse
Per Diem.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with other nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.

Prerequisites:
- Graduate from an accredited registered nursing associate's degree program required, BSN preferred.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Successful completion of Pharmacology exam.
- Current BLS Certification.
Maintenance Mechanic
Full Time 40 hours.

Responsibilities:
- Completes duties involved with preventative maintenance systems within the hospital.
- Performs electrical, plumbing and mechanical repairs.

Prerequisites:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the following areas: HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry.
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or Vocational School Graduate.
- 3-5 years experience preferred.


Diet Aide

Full Time 40 hours - 6am-2:30pm.  Weekends required.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and prepare food for patients and/or employees.

Prerequisites:
- Must have basic math skills and ability to calculate numbers.
- Must have the ability to communicate routine information.


Physical Therapists - Inpatient and Outpatient

Up to $7500 Sign on Bonus
Full Time 40 hours
Part Time (20-24 hours)

Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized evaluation, documentation of findings and progress, comprehensive planning and implementation of treatment plan, patient/family education and determination of rehabilitation and patient goals under the direction of a physician.

Prerequisites:
- Bachelor, Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA accredited college or university
- Current licensure by the Board of Allied Health Professionals, Commonwealth of Massachusetts or application for the same.
- APTA in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire Chapter of APTA membership preferred
- Certification in BLS of Adult, Child and Infant
- Demonstrated pursuit on continuing education courses relative to the field of physical therapy
- Knowledge, experience and competency in dealing with adult rehabilitation and geriatric age group
- Knowledge of growth and development across the life span


Outpatient Pediatric Physical Therapist

Prerequisites:
- Associates degree in physical therapy from an APTA-accredited program.
- Current licensure by the Board of Allied Health Professionals, Commonwealth of Massachusetts or application for the same.
- ATPA in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire Chapter of ATPA, membership preferred.
- Certification in BLS of Adult, Child and Infant.
- Demonstrated pursuit of continuing education courses relevant to the field of physical therapy.
- Demonstrated ability with interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Knowledge, experience and competency in dealing with adult rehabilitation and geriatric age group.
- Knowledge of growth and development across the life span.


Inpatient Rehab Aide

Per Diem


Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily management of the rehabilitation department by performing departmental supportive tasks and delivering patient related services under the supervision of licensed clinician. 
- Serves as coordinator of transportation to and from therapy.

Prerequisites:
- High School Diploma.
- Certification in BLS of Adult, Child and Infant.
- Two years in related healthcare profession. 
- Previous Rehabilitation experience preferred.


Inpatient Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized evaluation, documentation of findings and progress, comprehensive planning, and implementation of treatment plan, patient/family education and determination of rehabilitation and patient goals under the direction of a physician.

Prerequisites:
- Bachelor's or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ATOA-accredited program.
- Current licensure by the Board of Allied Health Professional, Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Current Certification in BLS of Adult, Child and Infant.


Per Diem Respiratory Therapist
Day and Evenings 12 hour shift weekends required

Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized evaluations documentation, treatment planning, implementation and goal determination, under the direction of a physician.

Prerequisites:
- B.S., A.S. or Certificate in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program. 
- CRTT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care.
- Current licensure by the Division of Registration, Board of Respiratory Care, Commonwealth of MA. or application for the same.
- Certification in BLS of Adult, Child and Infant.


Certified Nursing Assistant

Full Time Days
Every weekend 12 hour shifts 7am-7pm

Responsibilities:
- Assist Licensed Nursing personnel by performing patient care according to Hospital, Federal and State Regulations.

Prerequisites:
- Current Certification in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Nursing Assistant (or currently enrolled and successful completion of the first year in a nursing program).
- BLS Certification of Adult, Child and Infant.


Hemodialysis Nurse
Per Diem

Responsibilities:- To provide acute hemodialysis treatment for the dialysis patient.
- Responsible for the entire dialysis treatment functioning smoothly and effectively stressing the highest quality of nursing care.
- Provide a safe, clean and therapeutic environment for the dialysis patient.
- Have a working theory and practical knowledge of hemodialysis dynamics and procedures including setting up and preparing the dialyzer, initiating dialysis, monitoring dialysis equipment and patient and terminating dialysis.
- Awareness of electrolyte and equilibrium body fluid for administration of blood and IV fluids during dialysis.
- Working knowledge of all blood accesses including A-V fistula, grafts, shunts, sub-clavian, femoral and internal jugular catheters.
- Knowledge and administration of appropriate medications relating to the dialysis treatment.
- Assure that all pertinent clinical information, patient assessment, and communication are properly recorded on Care Plan, Dialysis Treatment Sheet and Nurses Progress Notes and consent for hemodialysis has been obtained.

Prerequisites:
- Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing Associates Degree Program.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of MA.
- Minimum of 2 years related exeperience, plus acute care experience.
- Knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan.
- Successful completion of Pharmacology exam.
- Current BLS certification.


Housekeeper

Full Time 40 hours
/wk. Every other weekend required.

Responsibilities:
- Performs housekeeping and laundry duties, maintains the facility/hospital standards of environmental sanitation.
- Duties also include floor and carpet care using heavy electrical machines such as buffers, carpet extractors and vacuums, waste removal and delivery of linen and furniture moving.

Prerequisites:
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate information necessary for job performance including contacting emergency services when needed for security purposes.
