Cook/Supervisor Full Time
Responsibilities: - A full-time position overseeing the daily operation of a small institutional kitchen. - Duties to include cooking, supervision of staff, weekly scheduling and food ordering. - To supervise a small institutional kitchen, maintain safety and state regulations, prepare daily meals according to set menus.
Prerequisites: - High school graduate. - Experience in institutional setting (preferably healthcare) and some computer knowledge. - Hours must be flexible.
Speech Therapists Part Time
Responsibilities: - Work as part of an interdisciplinary team with our outpatient and/or inpatient populations.
Prerequisites: - NY State License in Speech Language Pathology. - Experience in skilled nursing facility or home care serving primarily geriatric population a plus. - ASHA Certification a plus.
CNA Full Time Evening Part Time Day
Responsibilities: - Provide patient care for facility residents including but not limited to bathing/grooming/toileting, monitoring and/or feeding of meals, answer call lights, etc.
Prerequisites: - Must have valid NYS CNA Certification.
LPN Full Time Evening Part Time Evening
Responsibilities: - Under the supervision of a registered nurse, provides total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching and works cooperatively with other nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members in maintaing standards of professional nursing practice.
Prerequisites: - Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program. - Valid/current NYS licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse. - One or two years of previous acute or geriatric/adolescent or rehabilitation experience preferred - Knowledge of growth and development across the life span - Certification in BLS of Adult, Child and Infant
RN Supervisor Full Time Weekend
Responsibilities: - Responsible and accountable for the clinical management of resident/patient care units and nursing personnel during shift scheduled. - Directs, evaluates and supervises all resident care and initiates corrective action as necessary, assesses residents including equipment & supply needs, provides effective distribution and utilization of personnel on nursing units, evaluates staff assignments/planning, reviews and evaluates nursing documentation, counsels/disciplines nursing staff as needed, communicates with residents, family members, physicians, and DNS.
Prerequisites: - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. - Valid/current NYS licensure as a Registered Nurse. - Minimum 3 years Charge Nurse experience. - Minimum 3 years LTC experience preferred. - Current BCLS certification.
