When tragedy strikes someone they love and medical custody outside the home is necessary, the most difficult decision a spouse or child has to make is “who do I trust with their care.” After a debilitating stroke and years of home care it was medically necessary for Joan to be professionally attended to. After much family investigation and study we chose Hannah Duston Health Care Center Haverhill. It proved to be a wise decision. All of you, from the head staff nurse to the cleaning crew treated Joan with professional care and love. Her daily food requests were met with a smile. Helping her win at Bingo showed your concern for her happiness. Proper hygiene was always meticulous. All medical needs were provided promptly even to the end. Requests made during many visits by our family always were handled quickly and professionally. THANK YOU, from The B. Family, for being an extended loving, caring family for Joan during her stay with you. Sincerely, Donald B.and Family
