Your nurses were excellent and understanding, especially Lindsey. “Benny” gave me excellent care, as always. She is an angel. Seemingly tough, but oh so gentle. Your nursing staff is excellent and was always there when I needed them. Medical and therapy staff such as, Nii, Moses, Joe, Michelle, Heather, Christa, Joslyn et al were always willing to help. Especially Moses. Larry was extremely helpful with my respiratory needs. Disinfecting & cleaning were constant and established the feeling that the constant protection would assure a quick and uncomplicated recovery. My special thanks to your physical therapists. Administrator - Full Time

To assume total responsibility for the deliverance of quality resident care through the development and management of facility personnel, fiscal resources, quality resident care, and a safe hazard‐free environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Organizes, directs, supervises and administers policy in accordance with the Mission Statement, Policies and Procedures of the facility.
• Provides clear direction to the staff through effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Responsible for the recruiting, developing, promoting, evaluating and termination of all Department Managers.
• Assumes total responsibility for the management of the facility fiscal budget.
• Establishes written Policies and Procedures governing Physicians and consultant services within the facility.
• Assumes lead role in maintaining an environment directed toward the health and safety of residents, staff and visitors.
• Assumes the lead role in the development of the facility marketing plan.
• Demonstrates competency in the performance of duties through utilization of appropriate scientific principles and sound clinical judgement.
• Monitors Quality Assurance studies and is supportive of their findings in accordance with the facility.
• Acts efficiently and effectively in dealing with quality issues.
• Monitors plan management and assures that facility is functioning and safe for residents and staff.
• Is always courteous toward residents and the public.
• Collaborates, communicates and cooperates as appropriate with other health disciplines in the total care of residents.

• B.S. or M.A degree in the healthcare industry.
• Current registration as a Nursing Home Administrator.
• Minimum three years experience as a Nursing Home Administrator preferred.
• Must be willing to perform Administrative duties with little supervision.
• Willing to assist and support co‐workers.
• Possess knowledge of Infection Control policy and practice.
• Familiarity with JCAHO standards.
