Donna Badger, RRT is the Respiratory Clinical Manager at Whittier, overseeing inpatient respiratory services and the Outpatient Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program. With more than 10 years of experience as a respiratory therapist, she brings expertise in pulmonary care, program oversight, and interdisciplinary collaboration, while providing day-to-day clinical oversight in the LTACH setting.
