As Director of Nursing at the Bradford Transitional Care Unit (TCU), Erika oversees clinical operations, staff management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the highest level of care for patients and families. Erika has extensive experience in nursing leadership and patient care. Since joining Whittier in 2020, she has served as an Infection Preventionist during the COVID-19 pandemic, managed vaccination efforts for staff and residents, and implemented critical infection control protocols. She has also served as interim DON, regional staff educator, and most recently as a Clinical Nurse Liaison, managing admissions and maintaining a high census while coordinating care across multiple departments.
A graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Erika also holds certifications in ACLS, BLS, and as a Massachusetts Infection Preventionist. Her comprehensive clinical background and commitment to patient-centered care reflect the values of Whittier Health Network, where every patient is treated with compassion, dignity, and respect.
