Maximizing Independence for Stroke Survivors and Caregivers with a Unique Rehab Program

Understanding how a unique interdisciplinary rehabilitation program can address the complex medical, rehab,psychosocial, care transition and vocational challenges facing stroke survivors and their caregivers to maximize independence with disease prevention and health promotion as well as rehabilitation outcomes, return to work, and driving.

After the presentation you will receive a link to the online evaluation form which you must complete in order to receive your certificate (via email). You must be in the presentation room no later than five minutes after the start or you will not gain entrance. If you leave the zoom presentation you will not be allowed back in.
