Though he wasn’t with you for very long we were amazed by how well you had gotten to know him. You knew about his love for his DVDs and that he liked to snack on chips. Clearly, you’d taken the time to speak with him and listen to his stories to get to know him as a person. Every time we came to visit he told us how nice the people there were. It was a blessing to hear it from him but also witness with our own eyes the quality of care and kindness that was shown to him. As our dad transitioned to his final passing, you continued to not only care for him but showed us such patience and reassurance when answering our questions and concerns. You all helped make a difficult time as peaceful as possible. With our deepest thanks and appreciation for all that you do,”
