Director of Nursing Services
Heather graduated with her AS in Nursing in 2007. She attended a Nurse Residency Program and specialized in Cardiac and Critical Care. In 2014 she earned her BS in Nursing and began her career in Nursing Leadership.
In the past 8 years she has used her expertise in culture, change management, and transformational leadership to build highly effective teams focused on the patient experience. Described as a “nurses’ nurse,” Heather ensures that the patient is at the center of every decision made.
