“I wanted to tell you how terrific the nurses and CNA’s were during my mom’s stay in June. They were so kind, and helpful. They always had smiles on their faces and wanted to help my mom or me in anyway they could. Each one of them was a pleasure to deal with. A couple names stand out to me, and I remember specific things they did for my mom to make her feel better.

One was Hope, she let my mom sit with her @ the Nurses Station while she worked because my mom (has Dementia) was lonely and sad in her room. When I got there and saw my mom eating her dinner with her, I had tears. I knew she was happy. The other was a young man named Julian. He reminded my mom of her grandson, she always enjoyed him, and he treated her like his own grandmother! As a family we got to know each of them, and can’t say enough good things. My other friend at the receptionist desk was Carol. She would ask me about my mom every time I saw her. I spent a few minutes talking with every time I saw her. I wheeled my mom down and introduced her. She was pleasant and kind to my mom. I wanted to make sure they get the praise they deserve. All of the staff there too. Thank you.​”
