Dear Ms. Sullivan, From my first meeting with Sarah I was at ease with placing my Mother at Whittier. The entire staff: the nurses, aides, staff on the floor were warm, professional, helpful and caring to my Mom, and myself. Anything I asked for or questions I asked were taken care of good-naturedly, answered happily, and taken care of incredibly quickly. I honestly never saw anything but a smile. The staff frequently stopped to tell me something heartwarming about my Mom.
