“My mother went to Oak Knoll after a fall and hip surgery. I was impressed with Oak Knoll from day one until the day she returned home. All of the nursing staff were very caring and kept me up to date with how my mom was doing. The therapists were amazing too! Every person I interacted with during my moms stay was polite, professional and caring. My mother remained at Oak Knoll for an extra 3 weeks after her insurance coverage ended, to allow my family to do some construction to her home before she returned. I am happy to say my mother and my family were all treated with top notch care and services whether paying privately or when the insurance was paying for Mom’s stay. Mom was sad to leave the staff that cared for her there when it was time for her to leave and go home. I highly recommend Oak Knoll and would have mom stay there again if needed! Thank you to all the staff and leadership there for the hard work and great care you provide!”
