My mom, Arlene, spent a few weeks at Nemasket. I would like the management to know there were individuals that need to be commended for their professionalism, kindness and compassion.
Darrin, LPN is an asset to your company. I know the staff is overly busy and he always had time to answer my questions and to take special care of my mom. I could leave there feeling confident that she was being looked after with kindness. Also the women who provide physical therapy are wonderful! I’m embarrassed that I have forgotten the managers name but she is compassionate and was so helpful when we had to make the decision to stop mom’s full therapy. Megan was so sweet with my mom and any kindness is so huge when you know you are slowly passing away. Another individual to be commended is Rebecca, the speech therapist. Mom stopped eating and Rebecca tried everything to find something that might appeal to her. She is so kind when dealing with patience. It has been a very difficult few weeks and I appreciate these individuals tremendously. Any kindness and compassion provided to families and patients in such a busy environment is so appreciated..
