“I have never been in a rehabilitation hospital before my experience at Whittier following a stroke that needless to say was shocking to myself and my family. I had no idea what to expect accept I knew how deeply I wanted to get better. Whittier met and exceeded those hopes. I cannot say enough about how fabulous and amazing their PT and OT personnel are. There was never a boring or routine day. Every day brought new ways to help in my reaching goals I never thought I’d be able to do again. I’d finish sessions with amazed joy and sense of such blessings for my therapists. I HIGHLY recommend Whittier for their stroke recovery program as well as all other serious recovery’s from acute illnesses. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Meg and Meghan and all staff at Whittier!!! Now I begin my out patient rehabilitation at, of course, Whittier.”
