MMQ Nurse - RN Preferred
Part Time 24 hours

Primary Responsibilities:
• Completes Management Minute Questionnaires (MMQ) on residents - on admission to the Medicaid system; upon conversion to Medicaid system and for Quarterly Turnaround Documents.
• Reviews all pertinent documentation for accuracy and consistency.
• Meets regularly with staff to discuss, educate and enforce documentation requirements.
• Assists with Division of Medical Assistance audits.
• Maintains current knowledge of MMQ guidelines.
Prerequisites:
• LPN or RN with a current Massachusetts license. RN preferred.
• One to three years previous experience with case mix utilization review.
• Knowledge of growth and development across the life span required.
