RN Registered Nurses – Step Up Residency - New Sign On Bonuses! Up to $10,000.00 based on experience

With earning potential up to $48.91/hour
Full time, 40 hours all shifts, including every other weekend
Part time 24 or 32 hours, including every other weekend

• We also offer generous shift and weekend differentials!

Primary Responsibilities:
• Nurses are provided a comprehensive orientation of 6 weeks with an experienced preceptor and other key members of the interdisciplinary team. Training is geared to building on previous experiences with an emphasis on learning a new role and developing skills pertaining to our medically complex and acute rehabilitation specialty areas.
• Additional training is provided to achieve competence in Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia Interpretation, IV and Phlebotomy Skills and ACLS.
• As a provider of continuing education through the ANA of MA, many of our educational opportunities apply credit to license renewals.
• Ultimately the goal is for nurses to achieve specialty certification.
• Nurses practice a full range of skills in a hospital setting to a diverse adult patient population age 16 years and older with an average length of stay of 15-25 days.
• The primary nursing role allows nurses autonomy for managing the nursing plan while collaborating with a group of interdisciplinary rehabilitation and medical staff team members.

Prerequisites:
• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing Associate’s Degree program required. BSN preferred.
• Current Licenses to practice as a Registered Nurse in the commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• One year or more RN experience.
• Current certification on BS of Adult, Child and Infant.
