Dear Mr. Arcidi: I am writing to praise the staff members at Whittier Rehab in Westborough, Massachusetts. My mother was admitted to that facility on March 13, 2013 and has been there for 5 weeks. I can’t even begin to tell you how FANTASTIC the staff on the second floor have been. The facility is lovely. It is clean, staffed with extremely knowledgeable professionals and a pleasure to have my mom there. I particularly would like to mention four individuals who have been the most involved with my mother’s rehabilitation. They are Sarah Murphy, Michelle Granger, Emily Gibbs and Heather Myer. Each and every one of them should be commended! I was quite impressed with the entire staff, the way the facility is run and how everyone goes above and beyond to make the patients feel comfortable and the families to feel relaxed. What a fantastic facility you have in Westborough, Massachusetts. I would HIGHLY recommend your facility to anyone and everyone that I come in contact with that needs a rehabilitation facility. Oak Knoll Healthcare Center

Oak Knoll Healthcare Center welcomes new Administrator, Susan Stanton.

Ms. Stanton was born in Boston and grew up in Chelmsford, MA.   She started her career in health care as a nursing assistant serving the developmentally disabled.  Upon graduation from high school she attended Barry University in Miami, FL and received her Masters degree in Business Administration.  She was employed as a Social Service Director and then an Admissions coordinator in long term care for many years.  She completed the AIT internship in Florida with HCR Manor Care, and has been a licensed Administrator for the past 22 years.

Oak Knoll Healthcare Center is excited to welcome Ms. Stanton, who says: “Over the years I have worked for both large and small corporations and I am pleased to join Whittier Health Care.  Given that the Oak Knoll facility is family owned there is a special sense of pride and dedication amongst the employees who strive to provide quality care for our residents.  That sense of caring and devotion is not always present within the larger corporations.  I look forward to meeting all of you.

Her passion for high quality patient care and involvement with the community in which she lives will be an asset to the family of professionals at Oak Knoll Healthcare Center and to all of our residents.
