Beautiful facility. Very clean and bright. Elevator and dining areas spotless. Residents are happy. Staff is friendly and helpful. This facility took care of my grandmother with a very complicated health history following surgery. She had great physical, occupational and speech therapy. The nursing staff was attentive to her needs, case management and social services helped us with insurance questions and the very scary transition back home. They helped us get services as home and equipment needed. I appreciate everyone involved so much. I would highly recommend Oak Knoll Health Care Center.
