June 8, 2021 – I am sending this letter to let you know that I was a patient at your facility from April 29th until May 7th.
While I was there I got great care from everyone, especially from the therapists Tina, Jen, and Denise. In addition, the PA Nadarren. He was excellent at explaining everything to us, took his time to spend with us, and answered all questions that we might have had. He stopped in to see me at least twice a day. The nurses were all very good helping in any way possible. Please know that the level of care I got at your facility was ten times better than the care I got from the place I transferred from.
So I wanted to personally express my gratitude. Please extend the thanks and appreciation to the staff at Whittier. Even the food was great!
