Dear Mr. Arcidi: I am writing to commend you on your wonderful facility here in Westborough and to thank your staff for the treatment given to my father. While visiting at our home, he fell and broke a pelvic bone. After spending four days at Worcester Medical Center, we were fortunate to have him transferred to Whittier. As residents of Westborough, we had heard nothing but positive comments about your hospital, so I was very happy you could accommodate him. He is doing quite well and showing steady improvement, physically and mentally. And what impresses us most is the wonderful staff. These folks have been so good with him – all of them, doctors, nurses, therapists, aides. They are extremely caring and sensitive.
