Dear Leo: I am writing on behalf of my father, Normand C. and our family. As you know we spoke shortly after my father fractured his hip and underwent surgery. It was a difficult time for us, especially my mother. The staff at Hannah Duston was outstanding. Your administrator, went out of his way to make my father comfortable and our family welcome. He was willing to assist with even our most minor request. My mother wanted to particularly thank her nurse and Physical therapist. They were both extremely understanding of my father’s situation and condition. Ted promptly recognized the crisis that my father was going through and assisted him in getting him to the hospital for appropriate care. Our whole family wanted me to thank you and your staff at Hannah Duston. You and your facility made a big difference in my father’s care and my family’s peace of mind.
