I’m Linda P., I am here in Dedham with my parents Mike and Trudy. We are here spending time with my father’s sister, Carol who has been in your facility for about a month now. Your facility has met our expectations for appearance and cleanliness. Your staff I have met so far have all really exceeded my expectations for kindness, attention to requests and very prompt responses.
I’d like to mention a few people we met yesterday. Leatrice is a friendly and perfect greeter at the front of the house and kindly assisted us with many questions. Kenya also made herself available at a moment’s notice to speak to us. I met Marcelo as I was taking Carol for a walk in her wheelchair. Marcelo is so friendly and helpful, and we love his smile! On the 2nd floor, Irene was very busy at the unit desk, yet still patiently spoke with my parents and me each time we had a question. Her personality is lovely and she impressed me with her kind attention. Sherrie, RN told me that she was on her first day of work on the unit. And I would not have guessed it because she was perfectly composed and she was organized, and she also has a lovely personality. I met Bellini and Francisco and a female CNA with long dark hair who’s name I didn’t get. Those 3 were efficient and so quick to respond and assist us all afternoon.
Please recognize them and thank them all for us. Great staff make a facility awesome.
