After 4 challenging days in a different hospital, being transferred to Whittier Westborough was like going to heaven! I cannot say enough good things about my 9 days rehab at Whittier. The entire staff was kind and loving and cheerful (including housekeeping!) and I felt like I was in the company of angels. And the food was pretty darn good, too. Not gourmet by any means but thoughtfully prepared and FRESH ingredients!! Thank the Universe for everyone at Whittier who helped lift me out of my stroke doldrums and see the light at the end of the tunnel! Although I couldn’t wait to go home I must say that I was sad to have to leave the care and friendship of such wonderful fine folks!
