Beth has been a social worker at Masconomet since 2010, and has been the Director of the Social Services department for the last five years. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology from American International College in 1988 (while working every summer as an aide in a nursing facility in Gloucester, MA).
A licensed social worker since 1991, Beth formerly worked in a program serving emotionally troubled adolescents, and then was the assistant director of a residential program working with addicted persons affected by mental health problems and homelessness. Prior to Masconomet, she worked in a skilled nursing facility in Beverly MA from 2001 to 2010 in social services, admissions, case management, and discharge planning.
