Tracey Lanoue, BSN, RN
Director of Nursing, Port Healthcare Center
Tracey attended UMass Boston to obtain her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and also attended Regis College/Lawrence Memorial Hospital. Tracey has served in various leadership and nursing roles in long term care settings, internal medicine, a nonprofit provider organization, and a rehabilitation hospital. Tracey has extensive experience in acute and long term patient care as well as nursing and nurse oversight. Tracey is responsible for the clinical oversight of both the long and short term units at Port Healthcare Center.
Most recently Tracey was employed as the Director of Nursing for oversight of a 60 bed inpatient forensic psychiatric unit. She worked closely with accreditation entities (i.e., Joint Commission Hospital Accreditation) as well as Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) leading the quality assurance and compliance efforts at that facility. Tracey’s role included nursing oversight and evaluation, leadership and staff education, development of hospital policies and procedures as well as establishment of nursing schedules and physical plant adequacy in relation to health and safety standards.
