To Rebecca Roman, MSPT, Administrator at Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital: Dear Ms. Roman, I am going home tomorrow and well on my way to recovery thanks to you and your staff at Whittier. This is my fifth time at Whittier over the past ten years for three different reasons. In every case the expert care and consideration shown by you and your staff have been the basis for my complete recovery. Dr. Turchetta gave me excellent care and understood all my needs. Your nurses were excellent and understanding, especially Lindsey. “Benny” gave me excellent care, as always. She is an angel. Seemingly tough, but oh so gentle. Your nursing staff is excellent and was always there when I needed them. Medical and therapy staff such as, Nii, Moses, Joe, Michelle, Heather, Christa, Joslyn et al were always willing to help. Especially Moses. Larry was extremely helpful with my respiratory needs. Disinfecting & cleaning were constant and established the feeling that the constant protection would assure a quick and uncomplicated recovery. My special thanks to your physical therapists. They all had the same “you can do it so try attitude.” You should be proud of your great team. I am genuinely glad that you are here in case I need all of you in the future.
