“Good Morning
Sadly over the years my mother has been to several rehab facilities. Your facility, by far, was the best experience we have had and we are grateful for that.
My mother was a patient at your facility for a few months. She unfortunately passed away on 3/3. We are so impressed by the care she received by all your staff. However, one staff member in particular, Ryan L., consistently went above and beyond.
Friday night, March 1, Ryan came into inform us he was leaving for the weekend and just wanted to check in on us. He took one look at my mother and realized that she was in distress. Since she did not want to go to the hospital, Ryan then took his coat off and immediately moved us to a private room and called MD. He then stayed hours beyond his shift end to assist my family. He also called in on Saturday (his day off) to check in on us. My mother peacefully passed on Sunday 3/3/24 and Ryan was once again there for us.
Since day one he was amazing. I used to joke with him that I thought he lived there because he was ALWAYS there when I visited (which was frequent). Morning, noon, night, weekends. He was always there.
I’m sure you are aware, but I just want to reiterate whan an amazing asset he is to your facility. He made difficult days more tolerable and we are forever grateful for his caring and compassion. You are very lucky to have him as an employee. “
