Whittier Rehab Hospital was without a doubt the turning point in my 98 year old mother’s movement to the next stage in her life. She had lived independently for 18 years in a condominium, her mind remained sharp but her body was failing her. Whittier helped her rebuild her strength and ambulation. Whittier gave her the encouragement and care she needed to move forward and feel comfortable that her moving on to assisted living was not the end but a new beginning.
