Dear Mr Gangi: Our entire family would like to sincerely thank your facility and its staff for the marvelous job they all did in caring for Teddy L. Without exception each one of your staff gave sincere, loving, compassionate, empathetic, nurturing and patient care as we all worked through this climactic event. You should be very proud to have a team of such amazing professionals. I believe one even stayed several evenings well past his shift to sit with Teddy – a sacrifice of love. When I told my friends about the excellent care you provided by repositioning, cleaning and changing Teddy so frequently, they were so impressed. It kept our loved one very calm and comfortable. The entire process was like a feather floating to the floor. Your professionals made the best out of an awful reality. Please forgive me by not mentioning by name all the ones that gave such incredible support. We look forward to working with you all as Peggy is still in your capable hands.
