Francesca Caramante, BSN, RN

Francesca Caramante is a nursing professional who obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Capella University. She has a strong background in leadership and nursing roles, with experience in rehabilitation, long-term care, home health, and nursing education. She has a comprehensive understanding of long-term patient care and has been responsible for overseeing nursing practices in various capacities. Since October 2023, Francesca holds a position at Oak Knoll Healthcare Center where she provides clinical oversight for both the long and short-term units. She finds fulfillment in her role as the Director of Nursing because she prioritizes making a positive impact on others. In her most recent role, she focused on nursing oversight, care evaluation, effective leadership, and staff education.

In addition to her nursing career, Francesca has dedicated her time to volunteering in her community for over 10 years, teaching children in grades 1-4. She has a strong desire to help others and is particularly passionate about advocating for the geriatric population.

Francesca understands the significance of selecting the right care facility for loved ones, whether it’s for long-term care or short-term rehabilitation.
