Dear Mr. Gangi, I thought I might write a letter to you, to tell you what an excellent staff you have, in every department. I am an LPN 58 years old was still working full time when I fractured my sacrum in multiple places (too many to count the Dr. said). I was in Beverly Hospital and needed extended care – P.T. & O.T. to literally get back on my feet and eventually get back to work. It was suggested I go to Masconomet the Beverly Hospital employees said what a great place this was. So they discharged me at 6pm on a Tuesday night. The ambulance crew knew I was nervous because after working 37 years in a nursing home here I go to be a “resident.” The ambulance crew stated I would love this place that it was “Top Shelf.” They were right! Your staff have encouraged me and taken great care of me. Every dept was excellent!
